Are your products authentic?

All of our products are sourced ethnically globally and are guaranteed their authenticity. Products without serial code or original packaging will be exempted by a third party experts and provided with a certificate of authentication. Although most of our products are in very good condition, due to the nature of vintage items, some product might have missing accessories. All will be clearly stated in product description. Please carefully read through all product description and all images provided.

 

Can I return or cancel my order?

Unfortunately due to the sourcing process and nature of vintage items, we do not accept return or cancellation. All sales will be final. Please make sure you have read through product description thoroughly and don't hesitate to contact us with any questions prior placing the order. 

 

Can I pick up my order locally?

Unfortunately at this time we do not accept local pick up, notification will be sent out once it's available.

 

How can I tell the item condition?

All items will be provided with detailed images and description, please refer below for item condition.

  • Brand New: New and unused items with original packaging
  • Like New: Mint condition pre-owned or new without tags
  • Excellent: Lightly used but no noticeable flaws
  • Good: Minor flaws or signs of wear, to be noted in the description or photos
  • Fair: Obvious flaws or signs of wear, to be noted in the description or photo

 

What payment method do you accept?

All payment can be made through the website include payment plan via Shop Pay, we also accept PayPal to ensure both parties are protected. If you prefer Zelle and Venmo, please contact us via our contact page and we can make arrangement.
